Gardenmelo, a brand operated by Shenzhen Souda'ao E-commerce Co., LTD, is committed to your complete satisfaction. We strive to ensure the quality and accuracy of every order. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our policy below, designed to be clear and fair for all customers. 1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Items must be returned within ​14 days​ of the delivery date. We cannot accept returns for items that do not meet these conditions. 2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., briefs)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance promotion.

3. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact Us.​​ Email us at ​customer@gardenmelo.com​ with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
  • Step 2: Pack Your Item.​​ Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible. Include the original invoice. Please write the provided RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Returns sent without an RMA number may experience processing delays.
  • Step 3: Ship Your Return.​​ Mail your package to the following address. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account varies depending on your bank or payment provider, typically within 5-10 business days after processing. For any inquiries about your refund status, you may contact us.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing your order. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at ​customer@gardenmelo.com​ or call ​​+86-15578471246​ within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs, and provide you with a prepaid return label.

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item as per the process above. Once the return is received and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item on our website, ​https://www.gardenmelo.com.
